The story
Luca, who initially studied the arts in Napoli, made a bold shift to the culinary world, inspired by his grandmother Lilina’s profound love for cooking. Under Lilina’s guidance, Luca mastered the secrets of traditional Italian recipes, which would later become the foundation for his culinary journey.
His experience in various restaurants as both a cook and head bartender honed his skills, setting the stage for his return to his roots after a decade-long detour into the corporate world of international offices to understand Dutch legislation and professional structures.
